Full Stack Developer

At Dotsquares, we are seeking a self-driven and highly competent Full Stack Developer to assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of our software systems. You will work alongside our seasoned team of developers and engineers to create state-of-the-art software applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Design robust, scalable and secure software applications from conception to completion using the most appropriate software development tools and methods.
• Actively participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
• Collaborate with the rest of the development team to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
• Perform UI tests to optimize performance and to ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meets end-user expectations.
• Manage API resources which work across multiple device types.
• Investigate and deploy new technologies and tools to optimize development efficiency.
• Handle frequent updates to meet ever-changing project requirements and to continuously improve the software platform.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues and ensure the software adhere to company standards.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with extensive knowledge of front-end and back-end coding languages and design principles.
• Hands-on experience with debugging tools, state-of-the-art development IDEs and version control systems like GIT.
• Excellent knowledge of database systems, Object-Relational Mapping (ORM), and creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in real-world settings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a keen eye for the minutest details.
