| ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES | |||
| Key responsibilities | * Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, and implementing solutions. * Financial business data analysis, P&L account analysis and other financial strategy improvement implementation. * Sitting in on ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. * Retrieving and analyzing data using data management systems. * Implement and Monitor metrics, analyzing data and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities. * Supporting Operations Head in driving critical initiatives at a central level. * Tracking of critical initiatives at a central level * Preparing of monthly / fortnightly / weekly dashboards for management visibility and review * Supporting cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of the existent program implementation. * Driving small to medium operational enhancement projects. * Help foster trusting relationships with vendors and team members * Research and implement cost reduction opportunities. * Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer service skills. * Analyze competition actions to spot market trends and formulate or alter sales direction strategy. | ||
| QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES | |||
| * MBA preferred * Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Analytics * Good communication skills backed by strong listening skills to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Demonstration of strong planning skills essential and good project management skills. * Experience of using various data management and analysis tools. * Strong desire to improve our service, products, and processes, with ability to drive continuous improvement. * Ability to work across the business to implement and execute change. * Ability to impact organization results through influence across organizational boundaries. * Strong networker, influencer, and team player. |
