| ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES | |||
| Key responsibilities | * Support in Lead sourcing, identification, selection and on-boarding of franchises. * Process hire, train and inspire the new onboarded franchisees/ SBP. * Developing franchising opportunities and offering continuous support to franchisees, to ensure the overall success of the company as well as the franchise. * Ensure planning and managing the franchisees/ SBP business and services and performance. * Streamline these for efficient communication between company's internal teams and Franchisees/ SBP as per organizational requirement * Regular interval franchise performance to be evaluated. * Ensuring franchise compliance with franchise/ SBP agreement. * Regular interaction company and franchise/ SBP * Setting up processes that develops mutual performance objectives, financial sustainability for productive partner relationship. * Communicating with regional business managers and ensuring that all processes flow smoothly. * Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders (Business development/ Sales, Operations) in order to meet franchise/ SBP performance objectives. | ||
| QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES | |||
| * Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with deep understanding of Franchisee Business * Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in Franchisee development * Good communication skills backed by strong listening skills to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Demonstration of strong planning skills essential and good project management skills * Good interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with/coach senior leadership. * Strong desire to improve our service, products, and processes, with ability to drive continuous improvement. * Ability to work across the business to implement and execute change. * Ability to impact organization results through influence across organizational boundaries. * Strong networker, influencer, and team player. |
