Job Requirements

• Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling insurance policies
• Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agents
• Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped
• Licensing, tracking, and activation of the agents
• Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and providing regular product and process training to them
• Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolving issues and queries
• Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, and intermediaries regularly and maintain records of the same in a planned and systematic manner.

Work Experience

• It is for the agency channel. Candidates have to hire a team of Insurance Managers & Agent Advisors and train them.
