Analyst - QC Micro

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively communicate quality standards to production teams.
2. Identify and implement strategies to improve the manufacturing process to ensure the production of higher-quality goods.
3. Develop, enhance, and review product specifications and procedures, while providing training to staff on their usage.
4. Establish requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitor their compliance with quality standards.
5. Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other team members, offering guidance and support.
6. Ensure compliance with legal obligations and regulatory bodies, as well as adherence to health and safety guidelines.
7. Oversee product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as microbiology, chemistry, or pharmaceutical sciences.
2. Proven experience in a quality control or analytical role within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry.
3. Strong understanding of quality control principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
5. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
7. Proficiency in using analytical instruments and software relevant to quality control testing.
8. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and current industry guidelines.
9. Familiarity with microbiological testing methods and techniques.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
