Job Description:

As a Clinical Research Coordinator at Mohan Dai Oswal Hospital, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines, as well as staying updated with the latest regulations from the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) regarding clinical trials. Your role will involve coordinating and overseeing various aspects of clinical research projects conducted at our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate clinical research activities in accordance with GCP, GLP, and DCGI guidelines.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents for clinical trials.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth conduct of clinical studies.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of study-related activities and participant data.
• Monitor study progress and report any issues or deviations from protocol to the appropriate authorities.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and patient safety throughout the research process.
• Participate in study meetings, training sessions, and quality assurance activities as required.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of GCP, GLP, and current DCGI guidelines on clinical trials.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
