The Casualty Medical Officer (CMO) for night shifts is responsible for providing medical care to patients in the hospital's emergency department. The CMO will assess and diagnose patients, provide treatment, and refer patients to other medical professionals as needed. The CMO will also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and providing patient education. The CMO must be able to work independently and collaboratively with other medical professionals. The CMO must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
