Job Description:

Samagra Care is seeking a dedicated Duty Doctor for its Bhopal clinic. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality healthcare services in OPD, diagnostics, and urgent care settings. The ideal candidate will have a background in BHMS, BAMS, or MBBS with a preference for experienced professionals. The candidate should have a passion for patient care and strong communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide medically accurate information to patients during inquiries

• Handle patient check-ins before OPD, including taking vitals, history, and conducting general physical examinations

• Counsel patients to help them choose the right treatment path during OPD consultations

• Administer bedside care such as medications, IV cannula insertions, and other procedures in the observation room

• Perform diagnostics like ECG, TMT, X-Ray, and PFT

• Assist specialists during Ultrasounds, Echos, and other OPD procedures

• Attend to patients in need of urgent care, including wound dressing, stitching, incision, drainage, and injections

• Maintain medical stock and inventory in the clinic

• Accurately record and manage patients' Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)

• Coordinate with patients and doctors to ensure seamless communication

• Monitor and supervise nurses, technicians, and front-desk staff

• Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest level of service

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in OPDs, diagnostics, daycare, and procedure rooms
