Job Description

Regency Hospital is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive to join our team in Nawabganj, Kanpur. In this role, you will be instrumental in organizing all patient-care-related departments and ensuring adherence to established standard operating procedures. You will also be responsible for executing the quality plan, conducting simulated drills, and implementing defined training programs for hospital personnel. Your expertise will contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality indicators (QIs) and the overall performance of various departments.

Responsibilities

• Organize and streamline patient-care-related departments to enhance operational efficiency at Regency Hospital.
• Document and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to comply with accreditation requirements and quality improvement standards.
• Implement and oversee the execution of the hospital's quality plan, including conducting simulated drills and training programs.
• Provide training to personnel on the hospital's policies and procedures to ensure compliance and enhance patient care.
• Identify and develop quality indicators (QIs) for various processes and departments to assess performance and drive improvements.
• Assign a designated person in each department to oversee the quality program and maintain monthly oversight of their activities.
• Schedule and conduct timely committee meetings, prepare minutes, and implement actions in line with accreditation standards.
• Monitor and assess compliance with accrediting standards and report findings to management.
• Maintain follow-up on action items from meetings and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within Regency Hospital.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery (BDS), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or Master of Hospital Administration (MHA).
• 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare operations or quality management role.
• Familiarity with accreditation standards and quality improvement practices in healthcare settings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in executing quality plans and initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with healthcare professionals and support staff at Regency Hospital.
• Ability to analyze data and develop meaningful insights to inform quality improvement strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to patient care excellence.
