Job Requirements

We are looking for a Home Care Nurse / Caretaker to join our team at Healing Handz Home Care Services. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing care to elderly and disabled individuals in their homes. The Home Care Nurse / Caretaker will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. The Home Care Nurse / Caretaker will also be responsible for providing companionship and emotional support to clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Home Care Nurse / Caretaker must be able to work flexible hours and be willing to travel to clients' homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

• Monitor clients' health and administer medications as needed

• Assist with light housekeeping tasks

• Assist with errands and transportation

• Provide respite care for family members

• Maintain accurate records of client care

Requirements:

• Previous experience in providing care to elderly and disabled individuals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to work flexible hours

• Willingness to travel to clients' homes

• Current CPR and First Aid certification
