Job Description:

Kiran Multi Super Speciality Hospital & Research Center is looking for a dedicated and skilled ICU Nurse to join our esteemed team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. As an ICU Nurse, you will play a vital role in monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will be expected to demonstrate clinical expertise, compassion, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment at Kiran Multi Super Speciality Hospital & Research Center.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and clinical status in the ICU at Kiran Multi Super Speciality Hospital & Research Center.
• Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed by physicians at Kiran Multi Super Speciality Hospital & Research Center.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to assist in patient management.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols in the ICU.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior nursing staff and students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an ICU setting at Kiran Multi Super Speciality Hospital & Research Center or a similar facility.
• Strong knowledge of critical care nursing practices and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Valid nursing license and certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
