Job Description:

As a Laboratory Technician at Dr B Lal Clinical Laboratory in Jaipur, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services. You'll be responsible for conducting radiography and phlebotomy procedures, maintaining laboratory conditions, and upholding safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine the most appropriate radiography or phlebotomy methods.
• Oversee the quality and quantity of work performed in the laboratory.
• Maintain laboratory conditions, ensuring equipment, tools, and supplies are properly maintained.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to collect and transport samples, ensuring integrity throughout the process.
• Inform clients about our services, including test menu, rates, and technical details.
• Manage daily operations of the laboratory, including pathology and radiology services.
• Assist the branch head with managerial and administrative duties.
• Monitor client feedback and satisfaction scores, ensuring they meet established standards.
• Control financial aspects related to laboratory operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Any Specialization.
• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
