Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze patient samples such as blood, urine, and other body fluids.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment according to Dr Lal PathLabs' operational standards.
• Record test results accurately and ensure timely reporting to doctors and patients.
• Conduct quality control tests to ensure that laboratory equipment functions properly.
• Ensure the laboratory environment complies with safety protocols, minimizing risk.
• Maintain records of lab tests and enter data into Dr Lal PathLabs' database management system.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.
• Assist in managing laboratory supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Prepare detailed reports for clinicians, adhering to Dr Lal PathLabs' quality guidelines.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals to discuss test results and patient data when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Valid laboratory technician license.
• At least 1-2 years of experience working in a diagnostic lab, preferably at Dr Lal PathLabs or a similar organization.
• Strong knowledge of operating both manual and automated laboratory equipment.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and lab database systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with Dr Lal PathLabs team members.
