Responsibilities:

• Assess the adequacy of samples for testing, ensuring checks for hemolysis and lipemia at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre.
• Prepare and compile accurate reports for a variety of hematological tests.
• Label and verify the identity and quality of all received samples diligently.
• Maintain accuracy in results by following defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre.
• Conduct regular calibration and quality control to ensure optimal laboratory performance.
• Train and guide personnel on proper laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all procedural protocols to uphold the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to improve laboratory operations.

Requirements:

• Must possess MLT/DMLT/B.Sc. MLT qualification.
• Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in Hematology, preferably in fully automated settings at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre.
• Registration with TS/AP Paramedical board is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of laboratory techniques and quality control measures.
• Proficient in standard operating procedures related to laboratory work.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
