Job Description:

Continental Hospitals is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to enhance our marketing team. In this role, you will be crucial in identifying and engaging potential referral sources, including doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals. You will initiate outbound calls and emails to promote Continental Hospitals' services and establish valuable partnerships with medical professionals. Your efforts will directly contribute to the hospital's growth and patient admissions at Continental Hospitals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals as potential referral sources for Continental Hospitals.
• Initiate outbound calls and emails to introduce the services of Continental Hospitals and build partnerships.
• Drive revenue and increase volumes from community and banking sectors.
• Oversee the expansion and enhancement of services in communities and banks, including entering MoUs with new partners.
• Ensure the availability of staff and consultants in communities and corporate companies.
• Facilitate the conversion of outpatient (OP) to inpatient (IP) admissions from communities and banks to Continental Hospitals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and targeted campaigns.
• Analyze referral patterns, identify growth opportunities, and convert leads into referrals.
• Utilize CRM systems and sales software to manage interactions and track referral progress.
• Work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or any relevant field.
• Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing or related areas.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adherence to the grooming policy of Continental Hospitals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
