• Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify opportunities and maximize sales potential.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the derma segment.
• Ensure compliance with Cipla's policies and industry regulations during promotional activities.
• Monitor product stock levels at pharmacies and healthcare facilities to ensure availability.
• Provide feedback from healthcare professionals to the management team for continuous product improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences from a recognized institution.
• 1-3 years of experience as a medical representative, preferably in the dermatology field (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Strong knowledge of dermatology products and the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and presentations.
