Job Description:

Hemp Health Private Limited (Qurist) is seeking a motivated and dynamic Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana. As part of Hemp Health Private Limited (Qurist), you will be responsible for driving sales in the Delhi-NCR region by building strong relationships within the pharmaceutical industry. The role involves promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including doctors and chemists, identifying sales opportunities, and executing effective sales strategies. Candidates should have a proven track record in medical sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for growing business in the healthcare industry.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Sales Conversion: Identify and pursue sales leads in the pharmaceutical sector, including doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies, within the Delhi-NCR region.
• Network Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders like physicians, chemists, and healthcare administrators, promoting the brand of Hemp Health Private Limited (Qurist).
• Product Promotion: Present and promote Hemp Health Private Limited (Qurist) products to healthcare professionals, utilizing technical knowledge and persuasive communication skills to drive sales.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies, utilizing market research and competitive analysis to exceed sales quotas.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities within the Delhi-NCR region.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare comprehensive sales reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations.
• Client Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by addressing their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring satisfaction with Hemp Health Private Limited (Qurist) products and services.
• Event Participation: Represent Hemp Health Private Limited (Qurist) at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients, generate leads, and promote the company's brand.
• Field Work: Dedicate most of your time to field visits within the Delhi-NCR region, actively building relationships with doctors, chemists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Office Reporting: Report to the Gurugram office for two days per week, to submit sales reports, attend team meetings, and receive updates on company initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field.
• Mandatory: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in medical sales within the pharmaceutical sector, preferably with a focus on Hemp Health Private Limited (Qurist) products. Please note that sales experience in a pharmacy store will not be considered.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors, chemists, and healthcare administrators.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Delhi-NCR region for sales calls and client meetings.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional skills: Knowledge of pharmacology, healthcare regulations, and industry trends will be considered a plus.
