Job Requirements

Indivirtus is looking for a Medical Scribe Trainee to join our team. The Medical Scribe Trainee will be responsible for accurately documenting patient encounters in the electronic medical record (EMR) in real-time. The Medical Scribe Trainee will work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure that all patient information is accurately documented.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Medical Scribe Trainee must be able to work independently and be comfortable working with a variety of medical software programs.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately document patient encounters in the EMR in real-time

• Assist physicians and other healthcare providers with documentation

• Ensure all patient information is accurately documented

• Follow all HIPAA guidelines and regulations

• Maintain patient confidentiality

• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience as a medical scribe or in a related field

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with medical software programs

• Ability to work independently

• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and regulations

• Commitment to patient confidentiality
