This role involves preparing and implementing quality assurance policies, performing routine inspections, and identifying and resolving workflow issues. You will work closely with your superiors to discuss issues, propose solutions, and document quality assurance activities. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement quality assurance policies and procedures at Gnosis Pharmaceuticals.
• Perform routine inspections and quality tests to ensure product excellence.
• Identify and resolve workflow and production issues promptly.

• Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
• Document quality assurance activities and create detailed audit reports.
• Collaborate with production teams to maintain quality standards.

• Assist in training staff on quality assurance practices and standards.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Engineering.
• 0 - 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Ability to perform routine inspections and quality tests.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to address and discuss issues with superiors.
• Proficiency in documenting quality assurance activities and creating reports.
