Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Officer-QA to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations and company standards in the quality assurance (QA) department, with a focus on equipment qualification, HVAC validation, cleaning validation, area validation, water system validation, and compressed air validation. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment and a thorough understanding of cGMP regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement validation protocols for equipment qualification, HVAC validation, cleaning validation, area validation, water system validation, and compressed air validation.
• Perform validation studies and document the results in a clear and concise manner.
• Review and approve validation reports, SOPs, and other documentation related to equipment and facility validation.
• Conduct investigations of deviations and non-conformances related to equipment and facility validation and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Participate in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Provide training and guidance to personnel on quality-related topics.
• Ensure that all quality-related activities are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, microbiology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, with a focus on equipment qualification, HVAC validation, cleaning validation, area validation, water system validation, and compressed air validation.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and guidelines.
• Good understanding of equipment and facility validation processes and equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other quality-related software.
