Job Description:

Mankind Pharma, a leader in providing affordable healthcare solutions, is looking for a dedicated Officer for Tablet/OSD Manufacturing at our Unit-3 facility in Paonta. The selected candidate will oversee the manufacturing of tablet and oral solid dosage forms (OSD), ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). This role plays a critical part in producing high-quality pharmaceutical products that meet the standards of Mankind Pharma.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage the tablet/OSD manufacturing process, ensuring smooth production operations.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and inspections to ensure product quality meets required specifications.
• Adhere to cGMP regulations and ensure that the production environment is compliant with industry standards at Mankind Pharma.
• Troubleshoot production issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring that equipment runs efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of production processes, in-process checks, and quality control results.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of batch documentation as per regulatory requirements.
• Identify areas for process improvement to enhance production efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) departments to ensure seamless production.
• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment, following preventive maintenance schedules.
• Assist in training and guiding junior staff members on best practices for tablet/OSD manufacturing at Mankind Pharma.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically in tablet/OSD forms.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP standards and compliance.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot production issues efficiently at Mankind Pharma.
• Proficiency in conducting in-process quality checks and inspections.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and production records.
