Job Requirements

• To effectively execute the channel L&D plans for business impact within the branch

• Confirmation of new joiners (for the first three months) for the Direct channel in the branch

• Develop an overall L&D approach that is aligned with the channels specific technical competencies, business process & strategy within the region

• To implement the learning architecture/models e.g. eLearning to change business priorities in the branch

• Develop domain learning paths for Direct Employees in line with growth within the branch Responsible for developing the domain and various technical competencies across Direct Channel in the branch

• Support BMs /CHs/ RMs for developing relevant, timely, and customized knowledge & skills in their teams with inputs from HO

• Plan, schedule and calendarize learning programs at the branch

• Execute appropriate action based on Direct channel - L & D MIS and dashboards showcasing trends and improvements

• Remain updated with the latest in the industry and make necessary tactical changes to the training execution as per need

• Responsible for successful dissemination of product launches and special campaigns across Direct channels in the branch

• Execute cost-effective training plans for the Direct channel in the branch

Work Experience

 Graduate / Post Graduate or equivalent

• Strong thinker & effective executor of all the branch-level L&D interventions

• On-time admin / MIS reporting

• Ability to connect oneself at the branch level

• Thorough understanding of financial products

• Hands-on knowledge about competition

• Strong in working thru and working with others in the branch

• Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience out of which at least 1 year into Insurance Training and previously in sales (Training is not mandate)
