Job Requirements

• • Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per plan.
• • Activate agents every month as per the given plan.
• • Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan.
• • Generate Revenue and Acquire New Customers.
• • Ensure 2 Joint Calls are made daily.
• • Review with Reporting Manager every week.
• • Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on an ongoing basis.

Work Experience

• • Graduate with minimum of 1+ years of Sales Experience with domain experience in an Agency from LI
• • < 30 years of age.
• • Hard core sales person with a proven track record
• • Thorough understanding of the Life Insurance sector and the Agency Model
