Centre for Sight in Indore is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. - Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to their concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and insurance information.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, doctors, and administrative staff to ensure the highest level of patient care and service at Centre for Sight.
- Provide emotional and administrative support to patients, especially during complex or stressful procedures.
- Ensure patients are informed about medical bills, insurance coverage, and financial assistance programs, where applicable.
- Address and resolve any patient complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Follow up with patients post-treatment to monitor recovery and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies in all patient interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a patient care coordination or healthcare administrative role, preferably in a multi-specialty environment like Centre for Sight.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient care protocols, and healthcare operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care at Centre for Sight.
- Proficient in MS Office and healthcare management software for patient record maintenance.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
