• Collaborate with healthcare providers, doctors, and administrative staff to ensure the highest level of patient care and service at Centre for Sight.
• Provide emotional and administrative support to patients, especially during complex or stressful procedures.
• Ensure patients are informed about medical bills, insurance coverage, and financial assistance programs, where applicable.
• Address and resolve any patient complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Follow up with patients post-treatment to monitor recovery and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies in all patient interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a patient care coordination or healthcare administrative role, preferably in a multi-specialty environment like Centre for Sight.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient care protocols, and healthcare operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care at Centre for Sight.
• Proficient in MS Office and healthcare management software for patient record maintenance.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
