Job Description:

Healthify Bharat is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves compounding and dispensing medications as prescribed by physicians, advising patients on proper medication usage, and conducting various health screenings. As a Pharmacist at Healthify Bharat, you will ensure that customers are well-informed about their medications, potential side effects, and correct dosage requirements. You will also maintain accurate records and comply with legal regulations to provide safe and effective pharmaceutical services. Responsibilities:

• Compound and dispense medications accurately as per physicians' prescriptions.
• Monitor and evaluate patients' drug therapies, providing interventions when necessary.
• Instruct customers on how and when to take prescribed medications, including discussing potential side effects.
• Conduct health and wellness screenings such as blood pressure checks, blood sugar monitoring, and providing immunizations.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the pharmacy environment in compliance with Healthify Bharat standards.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer medications, controlled substances, and pharmacy inventories.
• Verify order entries, manage inventory, and remove expired or damaged medications from the stock.
• Adhere to all legal and regulatory guidelines governing pharmaceutical practice at Healthify Bharat.
• Assist in pharmacy operations, including administrative tasks like record-keeping and report generation.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient queries and offering advice on over-the-counter products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology.
• Proven experience working as a Pharmacist in a retail or clinical setting.
• Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist, with in-depth knowledge of drug dosage, administration, and pharmaceutical compounds.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear interactions with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to conduct health screenings and provide immunization services.
• Familiarity with legal regulations and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice at Healthify Bharat.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage pharmacy operations efficiently.
