Job Description:

Prism Medical And Pharmacy is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Pharmacist Trainee to join our team in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. Responsibilities:

• Compounding and dispensing medications as per prescriptions provided by physicians at Prism Medical And Pharmacy.
• Monitoring customers' drug therapies and advising on necessary interventions, while informing them of potential side effects.
• Instructing customers on the proper use of prescribed medications, ensuring they understand how and when to take them.
• Conducting health and wellness screenings, including taking blood pressure and measuring blood sugar levels.
• Providing immunization services and assisting with other medical tasks as needed.
• Keeping accurate and detailed customer records to ensure the safety and effectiveness of treatments.
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized working environment in the pharmacy.
• Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries and maintaining records of controlled substances.
• Adhering to all applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice.
• Performing administrative tasks and supporting other team members as needed at Prism Medical And Pharmacy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or pharmacology (essential).
• Valid license to practice as a pharmacist in India.
