Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive quality control tests on incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products at Unichem Laboratories.
• Analyze test results meticulously to ensure products meet the established quality standards.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all test results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues effectively.
• Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations throughout all processes.
• Prepare detailed reports and communicate results clearly to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve quality processes.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance quality control knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the quality control department.

Requirements:

• A degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a Quality Control role at Unichem Laboratories.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
