Job Description:

Alkem Laboratories is hiring for multiple positions in our Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Production, Engineering, and Warehouse departments. Responsibilities:

QC/QA Staff:

• Conduct quality checks and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Document and report any deviations or issues.

Production Staff:

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Adhere to safety and quality guidelines during the production process.

Engineering Staff:

• Maintain and repair production machinery and equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.

Warehouse Staff:

• Manage inventory and stock levels.
• Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of products.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or diploma in the respective field (e.g., B.Pharm, D.Pharm, Engineering, etc.).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
