As a Quality Assurance Apprentice, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are met throughout our production processes. Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures to maintain high standards at Alkem Laboratories Ltd.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality tests to ensure products meet the required specifications.
• Identify and help resolve workflow and production issues that may impact product quality.
• Ensure that all standards and safety regulations are strictly observed during the manufacturing process.
• Address and discuss quality issues and proposed solutions with supervisors and quality assurance team members.
• Document quality assurance activities, including creating detailed audit reports for review by senior management at Alkem Laboratories Ltd.
• Make recommendations for process improvements based on quality assurance findings and best practices.
• Assist in creating training materials and operating manuals to ensure that all team members are knowledgeable about quality standards and procedures.
• Support the continuous improvement of quality systems and procedures to enhance overall product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are met consistently.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Basic knowledge of quality assurance processes, standards, and regulations in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality at Alkem Laboratories Ltd.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors.
