Dr. Ahuja's Pathology and Imaging Center is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Lab Technician to join our dynamic team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in laboratory procedures and a thorough understanding of pathology and imaging processes. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic tests, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and maintaining high standards of quality control. Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests in accordance with Dr. Ahuja's Pathology and Imaging Center's protocols.
• Ensure all laboratory equipment is well-maintained, calibrated, and functioning properly at Dr. Ahuja's Pathology and Imaging Center.
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports for physicians and healthcare providers.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain the highest standards of laboratory practices.
• Assist in training and supervising junior lab staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all laboratory activities.

Requirements:
