Job Requirements
We are looking for a Sr. Officer - QALL to join our team at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals in Daman & Diu. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all Quality Assurance and Laboratory related activities are carried out in accordance with the company's Quality Management System.
The Sr. Officer - QALL will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing Quality Assurance and Laboratory related policies and procedures.
• Ensuring that all Quality Assurance and Laboratory related activities are carried out in accordance with the company's Quality Management System.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of Quality Assurance and Laboratory related activities.
• Ensuring that all Quality Assurance and Laboratory related activities are carried out in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Investigating and resolving any Quality Assurance and Laboratory related issues.
• Maintaining and updating Quality Assurance and Laboratory related records.
• Providing training and guidance to staff on Quality Assurance and Laboratory related topics.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will have:
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Laboratory related activities.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
