Job Description:

Join the team at Fortis Hospital in Chandigarh as a Staff Nurse. We are seeking compassionate and skilled individuals with experience in ICN (Intensive Care Nursing) and nursing education.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior nursing staff.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and provide treatments as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.

Requirements:

• ANM, GNM, or BSc in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Experience in Intensive Care Nursing (ICN) and nursing education preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid nursing license.
