• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement programs to improve healthcare services at Medanta Hospital.

Requirements:

• GNM/B.Sc. Nursing degree with valid registration from the Nursing Council of India.
• 1-3 years of experience working as a Staff Nurse in a hospital or clinical environment, with experience at Medanta Hospital preferred.
• Strong understanding of nursing care protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to handle emergency situations, provide first aid, and deliver quick medical assistance.
