Job Requirements

• Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per the plan
• Activate agents every month as per the given plan
• Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan
• Understand, Monitor & Develop the Agents and ensure that they meet the Career Progression from TAs to SAs and AOs as per the Agency Structure.
• Generate Revenue and Acquire New Customers for the Life and Non-Life Division
• Mandatory Attendance at all Meetings & Training Programs as decided from time to time by Management.
• Ensure 2 Joint Calls are made daily
• Review with Reporting Manager every week
• Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on an ongoing basis.
• Comply with all the Policies and Procedures laid down by the Company

Work Experience

• • Graduate with minimum of 1+ years of overall Sales Experience with good Domain experience in Agency from LI
• • Hard core sales person with a proven track record
• • Thorough understanding of the Life Insurance sector and the Agency Model
