Plant Controller (Chakan, IN, 410501)

Description of function

• Coordination and, if applicable, management of internal projects
• Support in the optimization of interfaces within the company as well as in the development and
• administration of information systems
• Participation in the creation of parameters including commenting in the respective area of responsibility
• Creation of budgets, forecasts, economic efficiency calculations etc. in the respective area of
• responsibility
• Creation of management analyses (e.g. planned/actual comparisons in cost and activity accounting for
• the cost units and cost centres etc.) in the respective area of responsibility and implementation of
• standard analyses and ad-hoc analyses
• Creation of the cost-unit and cost-centre accounting as well as participation in the monthly and annual
• accounting
• Implementation of the project and investment controlling for the respective area or the company
• Addition (throughout the whole group)
• Management of projects with respect to the introduction and the roll-out of systems and processes

Requirements

Specialist knowledge: Professional/graduate education (experienced professional) usually acquired through a bachelors degree or professional certification with a few (two to three) years of experience in the related field (proficient in a technical, scientific or specialized field requiring an understanding of a body of theoretical knowledge).
Type of activities: Design/set up methods of resolution for differing situations, including detailed analysis of the situation/causes.
Scope: Clearly defined, but not comprehensive guidelines; general monitoring of success (after activity is completed).
