Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Training and Development Specialist to lead

parent orientations, teacher trainings, and curriculum training sessions for our partner schools.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and delivering high-impact training

programs, fostering engagement among parents, teachers, and students. The role involves

frequent travel to partner schools, creating comprehensive training schedules, and developing

tailored training modules.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery:

o Conduct parent orientations to communicate the vision, goals, and curriculum

framework.

o Train teachers on curriculum implementation, teaching strategies, and student

engagement.

o Facilitate child-specific workshops and learning programs where required.

2. Module Development:

o Design and develop training content and modules tailored for parents, teachers,

and children.

o Ensure training materials are up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with the

curriculum.

3. Scheduling and Coordination:

o Develop and manage a comprehensive training schedule for all partner schools.

o Coordinate with school administrators to ensure smooth execution of training

sessions.

4. Travel:

o Regularly travel to partner schools for on-site training sessions and meetings.

o Represent the organization as a brand ambassador during engagements.

5. Feedback and Improvement:

o Gather feedback from participants to improve training content and delivery.

o Stay updated with educational trends and best practices to enhance training

programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Psychology, or related fields

(Master's degree is a plus).

 Experience: Minimum of 3 years in training, facilitation, or curriculum design, preferably

in the education sector.

 Skills:

o Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

o Strong organizational and time management abilities.

o Proficiency in creating engaging training materials (knowledge of multimedia

tools is a bonus).

o Ability to work independently and handle frequent travel.

o Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and educational frameworks.

Other Requirements:

 Willingness to travel extensively.
