Description
- Strong understanding Products to carry out regular testing for incoming Finish Products & Non-conforming products to be returned and corrective action should be taken at vendor places.
- Product Audit on Refurbishment production line.
- Prepare and update quality reports and dashboards.
- Field Visit to analysis customer issue & corrective action.
- Supplier visit to resolve the design related issues at vendor place providing feedback to vendors.
- Analyze field failures and provide improve product quality.
- Identify and report defects and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in agile testing, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and consistency improvement across products.
10.Trainee the customer service agents on quality procedures and product knowledge. - Provide feedback to agents for performance improvement.
