Evaluate technicians based on training and on field performance and submit reports monthly

Ensuring quality of job by proper analysis

Implementation & adherence of new SOP's

Solve technician field issues case by case, report repeated and unsolved cases to central ops and quality team.

Repeat jobs analysis, action items to be taken on training.

Spare cost optimization
