Purchasing Specialist India (Work From Home)

This is a remote position.

Ensuring inventory data accuracy, monitoring stock levels, and recommending purchases to maintain products.

·        Ensure data for products is complete

o   SKU / Barcode

o   Supplier

o   Cost Price

o   Sell Price

·        Maintain data integrity and planning parameters across platforms

o   SKU, price, cost, and inventory match across Zoho and Veeqo

o   MOQs, Box quantities and reorder points are up to date

 

·        Create new SKUs

·        Monitor Master Data for 2000+ SKU's on Zoho and Veeqo

·        Define safety stocks, reorder levels, and update them on Zoho

·        Support in Accounts Payable related processes

·        Support in customer ordering processes (on need basis) with respect to verifying addresses and assigning warehouse locations

Requirements

·        College Degree (BE, BA, B Com, B Tech, MBA etc.)

·        Ability to work in US (PST time zone) – night shift

·        Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a buyer preferably in a US company

·        Ability to work from home

·        Experience in ERP/CRM and WH mgmt. systems

·        Experience with Zoho (helpful, not required)
