Job Description

Billing executive is able to fulfil below duties

1. Execute all orders received from sales team on daily timely basis.
2. Must have good rapport with sales team and customers.
3. Must furnish all reports required for sales and commercial team and communicate same on

timely basis

4. Order booking, generation of invoice, coordination with dealer and sales team
5. Responsible for LR and e way bill generation and extension
6. Responsible for customer cheque collection, maintenance and deposition as per need from

sales team.

7. Must possess high communication level with all
8. Responsible for all entries in client software both inward and outward, damage section
9. Responsible to communicate about the limit, stock status with sales team on timely manner
10. Should play vital role in DDR
11. Willing to take care all the additional responsibilities that his immediate reporting manager

assigning to him time to time
