Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee – PTL Division to join our logistics operations team. The candidate will receive hands-on exposure to PTL operations, customer coordination, shipment planning, hub operations, documentation, transportation management, and last-mile delivery.The role is suitable for candidates who are interested in building a career in **Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Operations Management}

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day PTL operations and ensure smooth movement of shipments.
• Coordinate with customers, branches, hubs, transport vendors, and delivery teams.
• Assist in pickup planning, vehicle allocation, loading, unloading, and shipment movement.
• Monitor shipments from pickup to final delivery and follow up on delays or exceptions.
• Assist in planning and coordinating line-haul and intercity transportation.
• Coordinate with vendors for vehicle availability and deployment.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, route planning, and transportation performance.
• Ensure proper LR, invoice, e-way bill, POD, and other shipment documentation.
• Track pending deliveries, RTO shipments, shortages, damages, and other operational issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports and MIS.
• Support the team in maintaining TAT and service-level commitments.
• Identify operational gaps and support the team in implementing corrective actions.
• Assist in customer communication and resolving service-related issues.
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams regarding freight, billing, POD, and payment-related matters.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve cost efficiency, service quality, and operation
