Corporate NPS

Primary responsibilities:

• The role involves building & managing relationships with HR & Finance teams across corporates for offering NPS proposition under Employer-Employee proposition.
• The role includes delivering corporate presentations, facilitating onboarding of employees, contribution management & employee support.
• The role should ensure seamless administration & adherence to regulatory & company guidelines.
• Corporate NPS onboarding & documentation for the given territory.
• Facilitate the registration of corporates.
• Employee enrollment & account management.
• Coordinate monthly / periodic collection & remittance of employer & employee contributions.
• Manage Employee communication & support.

Knowledge & Skills required for the role:

• Experience in building Corporate NPS book
• Experience in Group Insurance Business (Fund business & risk business)
• Corporate relationship management
• Business Development
• Presentable personality with good communications skills.

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduate or Post Graduate from any stream (Post Graduate with 2 Years of experience or graduate with 4 Years of experience)

Years of Experience:

• 2 to 10 Years of experience
