Function: Sales

Tenure: 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and market outreach.
• Engage with CXO/CFO-level stakeholders to present and promote business solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and delivery.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and account growth.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless and timely service delivery.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address client requirements effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.
• Prepare and share regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports with management.

Key Requirements:

• Graduates/ postgraduates with prior internship experience in Corporate/B2B Sales is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of current business, economic, and market trends with the ability to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior business leaders.
• Strong analytical, influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and collaborative professional with a willingness to travel as required and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
