Junior Executive - Duratech

Job description: Junior Executive (Duratech)



Primary Responsibilities:



Quality Inspection & Service



• Quality Inspection on Fitness Equipment's



• Service QC Machines & Solve QC Issues



• Need to maintain Spare Inventory & In-charge of packaged products



• Check the quality of Spare products before shipment



Installation



• Need to Know Assemble and Disassemble all the products



• If needed, uninstall machines and fulfill the spare need



• Need to install at customer place if required



Technical Support



• Provide technical information about service to the customer care team



• Figure out the root cause of the problem and Provide the solution



• Chip level understanding

Requirements

Skills for Success:



1. Identification of the issues in gym-related equipment.



2. Problem-solving attitude.



3. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical components.



4. Minimum 0–2 years of experience in the mechanical or electrical field.



5. Installation and uninstallation of all the products available.



6. Diagnosis of spares available in the machinist



7. MS Office (Excel & Word)



Language:



• Fluency in English & Tamil is mandatory, and additional languages are an added



advantage.



Qualification:



• Diploma (EEE)
