Job Description: Senior Executive (Operations)
Roles and Responsibility:
Processing of placed orders/ generating invoices
Responsible for preparing shipping documents such as Commercial Invoices, AWB, E-Way
bills, etc., for ongoing shipments.
Scan Barcodes for incoming and outgoing goods
Responding/In territory to customer messages in e-commerce platforms.
Coordinating with 3pl team to process the order on time.
Coordinating with courier/ logistics partners to pickup/ Deliver the orders on time.
Should be capable enough to close the provided tasks in the stipulated time.
Placed orders to e dispatched not less than 24hrs of time.
Maintaining 5s of the bay/area assign to them.
Maintenance of shipping related documents
Evaluate all items for import and ensure accuracy in all values and collaborate with
customs brokers to provide clearance of all imports and maintain required documents.
Knowledge in Customs clearance
Co-ordinating with external vendors to import the products/relevant spares
Monitor and provide a response to all customs inquiries and requests and obtain required
product certifications of import products for customs clearance.
Collaborate with various departments and obtain Inventory levels and ensure stock
availability.
Requirements
Basic requirements: any graduation

Min 70% aggregate throughout the semester

Basic knowledge of the E-commerce platform to process orders on a timely basis.

Should be capable enough to close the provided tasks in the stipulated time under less
supervision.

English and Hindi proficiency is a must.

Min experience in 3 years of logistics/courier/ e-commerce platforms/ warehouse.

Knowledge of cities in zone-wise/District wise.
