The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, REST APIs, and asynchronous Apex , along with a good understanding of Salesforce security and platform best practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, customize, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs and third-party tools . Build, configure, and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation processes . Develop and manage asynchronous processes using Batch Apex, Future Methods, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex . Implement Salesforce solutions while ensuring adherence to platform best practices, security standards, and data access controls. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations. Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of Salesforce applications. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce development standards. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development. Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) certification is mandatory. Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Hands-on experience with Salesforce REST APIs and system integrations . Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows and automation tools . Experience with Batch, Future, Queueable, and Scheduled Apex . Good understanding of the Salesforce security model , including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Data Access. Strong understanding of Salesforce development and deployment best practices. Good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills Experience working on Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration projects. Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools and development environments. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform architecture.
