Senior Technician – Maintenance Location: Arjun Baroda, Indore Department: Maintenance Reports To: Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Manager Job Summary The Senior Technician – Maintenance will be responsible for preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and utility equipment to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and efficient plant operations. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults. Maintain utilities such as air compressors, chillers, DG sets, ETP, and STP. Maintain conveyors, trolleys, forklifts, and stackers. Conduct machine inspections and lubrication as per maintenance schedules. Support troubleshooting of PLC- and VFD-based equipment. Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and spare-parts consumption. Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime. Follow 5S, TPM, and all safety procedures during maintenance activities. Assist in equipment installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement activities. Requirements Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics. 3–6 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
