Job Description:

Skilled financial specialist to join our accounts payable team to help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The accounts payable specialist will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.

Key areas of Responsibilities:

ü  Process all invoices assigned within the required Turn-Around-Time

ü  Initiate follow up for the parked documents

ü  Reversals and corrections of incorrect posted invoices

ü  Handle the Blocked resolutions

ü  Processing all recodes received

ü  Coordinating with external clients and internal stakeholders via email to resolve the issues

ü  Adhere to Month End Closer/Year End Closer time lines

ü  Explore for continuous process improvements and share best practices across teams

ü  Contribute to team metrics by achieving stated productivity and accuracy goals on a daily basis

Knowledge and Skills Required:

ü  Bachelor's Degree or higher.

ü  1-2 years relevant business / BPO / KPO experience

ü  Good interpersonal skills and team player

ü  Good Communication skills

ü  Understanding of accounting concepts and principles

ü  Target oriented with strong focus

ü  Eye for detail and accuracy

ü  Experience in F&A applications [SAP, Oracle, any other ERP and MS Office applications]

ü  Good Attitude coupled with flexibility to work with the team and flexible to work in any shifts.
