Key Requirements

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of vendor management and office administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, pantry, stationery, and maintenance services.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement.
  • Support employee seating arrangements and workspace management.
  • Maintain records of invoices, and administrative expenses.
  • Coordinate repair & maintenance activities for office infrastructure.
  • Assist in travel bookings, courier management, and visitor handling.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and safety standards.
  • Support transport and facility-related coordination whenever required.
  • Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports related to admin activities.
