Description of the role and business

The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates to meet organizational staffing needs. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company goals.

Key Requirements

• Same experience is mandatory: Sales hiring / bulk sales recruitment experience required
• Experience in high-volume sales recruitment
• Strong understanding of sales roles, compensation structures, and incentives
• Ability to work on aggressive hiring targets

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for given position.
• Manage bulk hiring targets and close positions within strict TATs
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
• Manage offer rollout, negotiations, and candidate follow-ups
• Ensure high joining ratios and minimal dropouts
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring data
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and processes
